i live in a place now that is pretty nice & i found that via craigslist, my roommates are a little weird, especially the cat, but overall it has worked out.
the search, though, using almost strictly craigslist was kinda painful…and you must search watchdog for sex offenders, cause if i hadn’t asked one question during one of the potential apartment searches i may have ended up...

Fish have feelings

My office fish, Nina Swimone, is on her last fin. She is resting sideways at the bottom of her tank, and every once in awhile she will flutter spasticly to the top of her bowl, only to float back down. This is very heartbreaking.
Sorry to hear about your fish. When she passes may she rest in peace.
Another Snow day
It’s snowing again in Boston. It’s pretty when it is coming down, I just dread having to go out in it later on.
Thank God I switched my days off this week. Now today I can focus on getting my apt cleaned, and spend some time with my dog, (who right now is attacking my slippers)

Given that I am about to be unemployed and financially strapped - I had sort of decided it wouldn’t be feasible.
